Who’s behind Drizzle


Hi! My name is Charlotte, and with Sue (my lovely Mum) by my side, we are the team behind Drizzle Chilli Oil.

Thanks to Mum's culinary background I learned to love cooking at home, and have been making chilli oil for my pantry for a long time! After a few experiments with various spice combos I created my fennel infused mild seedless chilli oil… Drizzle Chilli Oil.

As well as cooking I also love branding and marketing, and that's how I decided to turn this delicious oil into a product to share. Now everyone can drizzle it over their own dishes!

Made locally by Mum and I using South Australian olive oil from the Fleurieu Peninsula my Drizzle Oil is an infusion of seedless red chilli enhanced with bay leaf, pimento, garlic and fennel. It is a deliciously vibrant condiment that can be drizzled over pasta, vegetarian dishes, eggs, seafood, toasties. Asian, Mediterranean, Indian or Australian!

Drizzle Chilli Oil now has a little sister! We are excited to introduce our new Sprinkle Chilli Salt. This delicious spicy salt is based on Australian made salt flakes and heroes all the delicious flavours of Drizzle Chilli Oil. It can be added to your dish during cooking or sprinkled over as an addition at the table. Like our Drizzle Chilli Oil The Sprinkle Chilli Salt is presented in a beautiful glass container that will look cute on the table, on a platter or at a picnic.
